Our Team

We are a twenty-member strong team with software development experience levels ranging from two to twelve years in the software services industry. Our team leaders have strong project management backgrounds to oversee the development and delivery of quality services and products for our clients in a timely manner. Our business analysts have many years of experience in business process analysis, requirements elucidation and project delivery across industry verticals. Our Location

We are global as well as local. MotifWorks is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, with a dedicated technology development center in Bangalore, India. In a typical project, we undertake design, architecture, and strategy work in the U.S. while the offshore team completes development.
