Maximizing with Intelligent Collaboration
Over the course of the engagement, we introduced a fresh perspective and collaborative focus to help the Insurance Giant think about and ask questions about the best ways to transform their applications. At the same time, we helped them identify meaningful ways to assess how technology solutions could be applied to their finance processes.
Further on, we prepared a complete action plan to enable their Data Center Migration and Azure Recommendations by VM including the Azure profiles for both “As Built” and “Right-Sized” data with consumption estimates for licensing, contractor or procurement options to support consumption estimates.
Gain Visibility with Tactical Planning
Under Azure Financial services, Motifworks proposed a flexible and seamless solution to help the insurance provider harness full potential of data and cloud to support their migration objective.
By implementing Solution Assessment and thereby executing Azure Cloud Migration, we were able to empower the leadership with the right technology at the right time in right framework that initiated a thoughtful and accelerated start to the migration.
In addition to this, Motifworks put forth all the Fundamental elements in place for the insurance provider to leverage their 2022 growth initiatives. This also enabled them to adopt Azure as the Primary cloud provider.
Increased Agility for Faster Deployment
The eight-week engagement project began with an in-depth action plan for Azure Migration. With that in order, Motifworks supported their Cost/Value Justification by developing an interactive Power BI Dashboard for Actionable Insights. Next, we hosted a CAF Strategy and Planning Workshops to align business narrative with tactical outputs while building the landing zone to accelerate migration.
Implementing an In-Depth budget analysis for Costs in Azure and Migration Costs to align MS Investment Strategy and Customer Budget Executable Migration helped the US-Insurance provider to effectively satisfy the growth mission.
