How to nurture an encouraging work environment while staying inspired yourself

And that’s what Nancy Bonhomme, Technical Program Manager enjoys the most in #MWTribeLife.

As she is reminded of the time before everything went virtual, she explains how human connections are treated with utmost respect and honour in Motifworks. From a junior engineer to the Director, everyone is approachable; everyone is always ready to help each other.

When asked about the transition of remote working to physical working, her eyes sparkle as she explains,

“It wasn’t that hard for us. I realized, you can recreate the office watercooler conversations over Teams or Zoom meetings no matter where you are. We can hear dogs interrupting the meetings, or kids peeking across the screens. And in the end, that’s what matters. It really helps us stay connected and bring the human aspect while working in the isolated environment.”

Nancy is a Technical Program Manager and she is responsible for overall delivery of the client projects such as Azure Assessment, Cloud Migration or Application Modernization projects. Her contribution towards all these projects is to plan, manage and judiciously optimize the right Motifworks resources while keeping everything on track and meeting the scheduled timelines for a smoother delivery/handover depending on the objective of the project.

Adding further about her role and what drives her to be an impeccable Technical Program Manager, here’s something that has come in her own words-

When you ask her about technology she feels that this is ‘THE BEST TIME’ to be working in this industry. The possibilities are endless, the tools are nothing short than magic and the world is much more connected than it was earlier. She believes that there is a wealth of information, and it drives everyone to be better than what we were yesterday.
