Enterprise Account Executive, New Business Development

Join a leading-edge cloud solutions firm to drive accelerated sales performance. Motifworks is expanding our sales team, and we have an immediate opening for an Enterprise Account Executive, New Business Development to sell our cloud services and digital product engineering solutions.

What you’ll be doing…
  • This is a 99% hunter role, navigating a primarily greenfield geographic territory, top of funnel activity & prospecting.
  • Generating net new logo sales opportunities and revenue within the assigned territory and through both direct and partner sales activities
  • Selling project-based cloud solutions, digital product engineering and data services horizontally and vertically to senior executives (c-suite and business partners) and LOB stakeholders , targeting mid-size and enterprise-level ($100M – $5B in revenue) new logos.
  • Creating trusted relationships across the Microsoft and other ISV partner ecosystems within your region to drive new logo opportunities.
  • Nurturing your newly acquired accounts to align and deliver solutions across our Data & AI, Application Modernization & Infrastructure Migration and Digital Product Engineering Practice areas
  • Conduct Sales and Technical workshops to educate the channel field sales as well as championing end-user seminars to drive new pipeline growth & close new business revenue
  • Leverage your personal network, cross-industry & Channel Partner relationships to drive new logo acquisition in the defined territory
  • Actively seek to understand industry and apply industry trends to help position against competitors

  • Experienced? Documented success generating net new opportunities within the Apps & Infra and/or Data AI Microsoft ecosystem within your region.
