Regional Sales Director

Job Description:

Join a leading-edge cloud solutions firm to drive accelerated sales performance. Motifworks is expanding our sales team, and we have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Director to sell our cloud services and solutions offerings.


What you’ll be doing…

  • Navigating a primarily greenfield geographic territory, top of funnel activity & prospecting
  • Generating opportunities and revenue within the assigned territories and uncovering new opportunities within the territory through both direct and partner sales activities
  • Selling cloud solutions and data analytics services horizontally and vertically to senior executives (c-suite and business partners) and LOB stakeholders at the mid-size and enterprise-level ($100M – $5B in revenue)
  • Creating trusted relationships across the Microsoft and other ISV partner ecosystems within your region to drive new opportunities
  • Nurturing accounts to align and deliver solutions across our Data & AI, Application Modernization & Infrastructure Practice areas
  • Conduct Sales and Technical workshops to educate dealer channel, as well as end-user seminars and presentations to close business
  • Leverages cross-industry relationships, Channel Partners, etc.
  • Actively seeking to understand industry trends to help position against competitors
