Motifworks is excited to announce Ken Polotan to be our Client Engagement Director, setting new levels of customer experience and strategic innovation. As we plan for growth and expansion initiatives, our aim is to facilitate customer success.

I believe that the right perspective is important. Technology is a tool. It’s the means and not the end. Digital is not the goal; rather, it is the business enabler. Culture is the critical success factor in Digital Transformation and Business Innovation. The only way to lead in these chaotic, volatile and disruptive times is to completely re-think and re-invent business with unrelenting focus on stakeholder experience.

Ken is a serial entrepreneur, who has played strategic & executive roles in the past. He has been a Collaborator to startup Founders and C-suite Global 500 businesses helping them co-create, design and facilitate digital innovation journeys. Beyond his technical feat, Ken loves to discuss and write on Strategy, Leadership, Innovation and Culture. He also loves to ride his “lovely beast,” a Buell Cafe motorcyle, and explore new and exotic places.

His unique skill set, and strong leadership will foster positive relationships with our customers and key stakeholders.
